Rahul Khanna
Rahul Khanna is a hospitality entrepreneur who graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland and is a certified Erikson coach, based in New Delhi, India. In his journey as an entrepreneur, he is best known for being the co-founder of PE backed Azure Hospitality; the creators of Mamagoto, Dhaba Estd 1986 and Sly granny to name a few. Today, Rahul works with a 500 strong team on over 50 design-oriented food and beverage operations in Indian and the UK as well as curating special events, building brands and marketing them with a focus on coaching and potential mapping.
Gurbani Dugal
Gurbani Dugal, also based out of New Delhi, India, and a graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland; is an Erikson-certified coach and food entrepreneur – owning and operating a food delivery brand called ‘The Sous Chef’, and a catering brand ‘Tahir Sultan Food’. However, her true passion lies in education and personal development– she has worked with pre-college student in private sector organizations, as well as spearheaded and run career discovery workshops, business English classes and purpose discovery programs with NGOs.

Niharika Sanyal
Niharika Sanyal is a Purpose Guide™, Youth Leadership Coach and Facilitator, a graduate from Harvard with an Ed.M in Human Development & Psychology, and is trained in purpose-work from the Purpose Guides Institute and Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy. She has over 1000 hours of experience coaching leaders and entrepreneurs under her belt.
Sailaja Tahiliani
Sailaja Tahiliani is an entrepreneur in fashion and retail; having graduated from U-Penn in ‘85 (Economics), she returned to India to set up Ensemble. However, she’s best known for building of India’s pioneering luxury fashion brand – Tarun Tahiliani as their Strategic Director for over two decades. She mentors young designers and others in the creative field to foster a culture of strong retail brands in India in both the luxury and value sectors.
